F & D Custom Challenge Coins

 A challenge coin is a metal coin, ranging in size from 1.0" to as large as 3.0, bearing an organization's insignia or logo and carried by the organization's members. Traditionally, they might be given to prove membership when asked,  or to enhance morale. They are also collected by service members of the military, law enforcement, Fire & EMS services, and numerous organizations & businesses.  Historically, challenge coins were presented by unit commanders in recognition of special achievement by a member of the unit. They could also be exchanged in recognition of visits to an organization and are widely traded and collected.

Yes, our in house art department can assist with setting up art proofs, suggesting design enhancements, and other services.

We suggest 50 pieces, however we can offer quantities of less than 50, but at a higher per piece price.

The die charge is a one time fee for the factory to create the custom die for your design. If your place an exact repeat order, you do NOT pay for the die again. However, any changes to the original design will require a new die for either one side or both sides of the challenge coin. All dies are held by the factory for a period of 3 years.

Currently production time is running about 4-5 weeks, however if you have a specific in hand date, please contact us so we can see if a shorter lead time is available.
